Short and readable on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it before you commit to anything.

The deal

$249 a month for 24 months. No setup fee, and no lock-in beyond what is written below. Guaranteed: after the 24th payment the website is yours, the files, the design and every word we wrote. In writing, not a promise we can walk back.

What "yours" means

The site files, the design and every word we wrote, transferred to you. Your domain is yours from day one and stays in your name. If you don't have one, we'll register it for you and that's yours too. We don't hold anything hostage.

Money-back guarantee

You can't lose at any point. Before the site goes live, or within 30 days after it does, ask and you get a full refund. No reason needed.

Leaving early

If you leave before the 24 months are up, you settle the account: pay the remaining balance in full and the website is yours straight away, or pay half the remaining balance to close it out and walk away owing nothing.

The care plan

Hosting, SSL, daily backups, security, maintenance and unlimited same-day updates, included free for the 24 months. From month 25 it continues at $150 a month on the same card unless you cancel. Cancel any time by emailing or texting us and the payments stop. The site is yours either way.

Missed payments

If a payment does not go through, Stripe retries it over about two weeks and we email or text you. No late fees, no interest, ever. If it still cannot be collected we treat the plan as ended: the site comes off our hosting, and since it is not yours until the 24th payment it stays with us until you pick it back up. There is nothing further to pay and we will not chase you. If you want to keep the site instead, see "Leaving early". Start again whenever you are ready and we put it straight back.

What we need from you

The onboarding form, photos where you've got them, and answers when we ask. The build clock runs on your replies.

Your content

Anything you send us stays yours, and you confirm the photos and text you give us are yours to use.

What we don't promise

We build to rank and to be found by AI, but nobody can guarantee a position on Google or a number of leads. Anyone who does is guessing. What we guarantee is the build: 100/100 on Google's SEO, accessibility and best practices tests, every page written, and your Google Business Profile set up.

Handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
