Short and readable on purpose. We collect only what you give us, use it only to build and run your website, and never sell it.
What this covers
This explains what we collect when you start a website with us, why, and who else touches it. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it.
What we collect
The details you give us on the onboarding form: your business name, trade, contact details, the areas you cover, your services, and anything else you choose to tell us. Any photos you upload. That's it. We don't collect anything you don't hand us.
Joining the waiting list
If you leave your details to be told when a build slot opens, we store your email, your mobile if you give one, and whether you said you're happy to take a call. We use them for one thing: to email you when a slot opens. We call only if you ticked the box. We don't add you to any list beyond that, and you can ask us to remove you any time.
Payments
Handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and we never see or store them. Stripe holds your payment information under its own privacy terms.
Invoices
Your invoices and receipts are issued through FreshBooks. To do that, FreshBooks processes your name, email and the amount paid. It doesn't receive your card details.
How we use it
Only to build and run your website and your account with us. We write your pages from what you tell us, set up your Google Business Profile, and keep your site online. Nothing else.
Who we share it with
Stripe for payment and FreshBooks for invoicing, as above, and our Australian hosting so your site can be served. We don't sell your details, and we don't hand them to advertisers or data brokers. Ever.
No tracking
Our website runs no Google Analytics, no third-party analytics and no advertising pixels. We count visits from our own server logs, which don't identify you. The site makes no third-party requests.
Where it's kept
On our own server in Australia. Your build details stay there, not scattered across third-party tools.
Seeing or deleting your details
Email mail@onlinespark.com.au any time to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll action it promptly. Some records tied to invoices we may need to keep for tax purposes.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we'll update this page and note the date below.
